how do i book you?

A $750 deposit/retainer is required to secure your event in our calendar and it is non-refundable. You can pay that retainer here, or through the proposal we’ll send after we receive your event details.

You may also submit your retainer deposit via Zelle. Please contact us to get that information.

IMPORTANT: Your event will not be confirmed until we receive your retainer.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

We book events within a 4-month range. We encourage you to book with as much time as possible so the whole process of planning and designing flows well, and we can guarantee availability in our calendar.

when should i make my last payment?

Your order must be paid in full SEVEN DAYS (7) DAYS BEFORE THE AGREED TIME OF INSTALLATION. We will not dispatch your order or get ready for installation unless your invoice/order is paid in full the day of the event. Please review the instructions on your invoice or ask us via email at info@pipaandbelu.com.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE CANCELLATIONS?

IF FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING COVID-RELATED REASONS) A CANCELLATION IS NEEDED FOR YOUR EVENT/RENTAL AT THE AGREED TIME AND DATE, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OF ANY MONEY PAID TOWARDS THE EVENT/RENTAL.

We will gladly reschedule your order to a different date at no cost or penalty.

Any amount paid towards your event will stay on your account as a credit to be used for a future event within the next 6 months.

DO YOU OFFER ANY REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds. Any amount you have paid towards your event will stay as a credit to use for a future celebration within 6 months.

WHEN DO I GET A DESIGN MOCK-UP FOR MY DREAM PARTY?

After we have received your retainer and signed contract, we start the creative and design process, not before. At least 2 weeks before your event.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE BAD WEATHER FORECASTS FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Miami weather is extremely unpredictable. We reserve the right to postpone events due to inclement weather forecasted for your event’s date.

We’ll always recommend having a plan B for outdoor events, because the rain and windy days will ruin everything about your party, the decor, the dynamics, etc.

If there is a confirmed forecast for rain of 40% or more, we reserve the right to install our decorations at an alternate indoor location.

AVAILABILITY OF MATERIALS

Due to the pandemic and the scarcity of supplies and materials the party industry has suffered in the past months, we reserve the right to replace materials, balloon colors, sizes, and adjust the design with the available resources at the time of your event. We will notify you if such changes are needed for your order.

CAN YOU BOOK OTHER VENDORS ON MY BEHALF?

Yes, when you book our Full Event Planning service. Our event planning fee is $1,500 for events up to $10k, and 15% of all vendors’ totals for events over $10k.
